I’m purchasing a house to flip in Tennessee and I have a partner who will be funding the purchase of the property who lives in Florida.

I’m worried this was the wrong move, as the waters now seem muddy with a second payment pending in Cozy, our bank floating the withdrawn money, and Cozy I assume being charged for that reversal from our bank; especially in relation to eviction.

Here I'm thinking it'll be easier because there was literally a house there before and there's already electric, sewer, water and gas at the street to connect to. 

I now live in California and self-manage, but I wouldn't recommend it for first-timers.

I even took screenshots each week of the sign-up perks during Brandon's live broadcast (I'll attach one here for a laugh...are any of these perks still available or has that ship sailed??).

I wanted to possibly live here myself into older age and later rent it.

The ARV still looks REALLY good with purchase price, rehab and potential fair market rents......BUT I live in Florida and need a COMPLETE team to be successful if I was to purchase this property....which brings me to you guys!!!

I live in one and rent the other for $400 cash flow.

He didn't have time to come out for 2 weeks but said high consumption is almost always the HVAC or water heater.
