Recently, we had some random, extreme electrical problem that were causing bulbs to burn out, outlets to burn out, killed the fridge, and their ceiling fan literally started sparking.

All he wanted to do in every conversation we had was sell me a condo in one of the "new developments" that...ooohhh such a deal....he could get me below offering prices on because of his contacts.No part of "I've just experienced a tragedy", "I literally don't even know what I own at the moment", and "I doubt I will live in Miami longer than a few months" would derail that "buy a condo" train.

i highly doubt that, unless your scope of work is truly small and you are hiring a contractor that literally doesn't self perform any work, which in this world the competition is too fierce, and a small time reno contractor wouldnt stay in business too long if they are just simply "pushing paper".

I fear getting them sold/assigned but worst case if you cant sell it you have a back out clause IF you cant find your buyer but I truly put my mad man hat on when I have a property and literally map out and try every single road to find my buyer.

I been learning about this beautiful topic that is RE for almost 2 years and a few month a go I start looking for distressed properties and for cash buyers and I was getting so exited because I found some of both, I had the two great components for wholesaling and now I am literally stock because I cant get a title/escrow company to close wholesale deals.

No agent would show the place, no one even had the (fill in here) to go inside. if you even opened the front door, the smell would literally make you gag, if not vomit.By now, it's summertime, and the smell is starting to waft outside, city and neighbors complain, and the listing agent is willing to do anything to unload this turd.
