Things like moving homes into the park to fill up vacant spaces, renovating vacant park owned homes (which is radically different than the renovation of site built construction), selling homes (along with licensing requirements), carrying paper in the correct fashion, crafting the correct leases and notices with respect to the landlord tenant regulations for MHPs, etc.

In Florida as long as your licensed you can do lease option Assignments all day as a principalIf you act as a fiduciary then what if the tenant buyer doesn't get financing for some reasonI  use a RMLO to check on their ability to repay, costs 1 %I also use our credit improvement company to increase itheir FICO score by creating new trade  and credit references

I have a home that is right at 81 pecent LTV or Loan to value I live in Jacksonville Fl .I initially financed the home as an investment property and have asked the Mortgage company to drop the PMI insurance.They state that the LTV should be at 70 percent and if the property is appraised by their people and meets the 70 baseline they will drop the PMI insurance.I* reside in the home have homestead on the house and have the address on my drivers license.

I work part time right now as a personal trainer at a private gym and plan on having saved around $5,000, possibly more, by the time I move out (I will be 18 by then) Im also taking real estate classes right now and hope to have my license by mid summer.
