We base our wear n tear significantly on length of occupancy but if a bathroom vanity or cabinet was in good shape when they moved in, then the occupancy should be over 10 years to consider that normal wear n tear.if a tenant leaves in less than a year we expect the unit to be in move-in condition and are somewhat hard a**es.
