So far it has worked well, but I have gotten better at plaster repair and installing door knobs...Another thing I have noticed is no one wants to fess up to breaking a window or a door knob, so make sure your property is in good shape before renting so there is no question someone broke the knob, or the screen.

Laminate is also easier to remove when it is time to replace it again and can be installed by anyone that has access to a jigsaw and a miter box.
