The appraiser is only in your house for about 15 minutes to take a few photos and verify the property information (beds/baths/style, etc).

All true pre-foreclosure information should be easily accessible via a general MLS Tax search or county search combined with Spokeo or Anywho to get phone numbers, but many other people will have that info.

So I do still think its valuable to try to learn and retain the information as well as you can instead of just trying to cram and remember it only for the test.Best of luck!
