@Minerva Stewart just be very careful and read the buyer broker agreement in full before making any decision.

Been trying to soak in as much information as I can through the forum and books, currently reading "Hot to Invest in Real Estate", have read, "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing", "Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth", "Rich Dad Poor Dad", and "The Book on Investing In RE with No (and low) Money Down".

The best coach is life and experience.You can only do so much theory and the best lessons are learnt via practice.There is enough free information here on BP and many very good and very experienced investors offering their advice for free.Just my opinion.Thanks

While we are here… are there any recommendations on when to inform the seller that you are looking to wholesale their property? 

Do you need to collect specific information about the tenant for the policy?

Our meetup was small but not only great fun but quite informative.

Other information: I currently AirBnB two of the bedrooms and that brings in about $1,400-$1,500 a month but I will not be able to continue to AirBnB the home once I move out because of the zoning regulations.

My question is, if I can read most of the information given at sessions, and network with people in my region, or social media, what is the benefit of taking 3-4 days off work and spending a couple grand (entrance, flight, food, lodging)? 

I sent in all my information in April 2022 and it is now end of September and I have not heard back from them at all.
