Then eventually repeat the process until we hit our goal of 5 multi family homes that all cash flow over the mortgage rate.At that point I’ll pay off as many as possible and then continue the strategy with nicer property’s or Adventure my way to commercial apartment type of properties with six units or more.

Stock and crypto are legalized gambling, as far as I am concerned and, like @Scott Trench, I am sure glad that my retirement is based heavily on real estate. 

No need to track income and expenses throughout the year.ConclusionIf you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the various aspects of being a landlord, active investing just might be the perfect adventure for you.

I stick to my 2-3 that I like playing in and rarely adventure outside of there merely because I have no real idea on where to go!  

I don't chase other women, go out drinking all night, spend money on gambling, or things like that.

@Andy Rousch Branson is like old-people Vegas in the Midwest...except instead of gambling they have an excess of theatres, and amusement parks hahaha.

It could appreciate but I consider that gambling.
