"House hacking" is a favorite of alot of people who have started in investment properties. 

If it's an after add the wires are typically in the wall and can be connected at the furnace in less time then it takes to brew a cup of coffee.Another favorite is the added value and piece of mind knowing you closed your garage when you drove off in a rush on auto pilot, rather then worrying about it all day or calling a neighbor you just look at your smart device and it will show you if the garage door is open or closed.

My personal favorite is the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (alternates every other month with their Worcester location, next Waltham one is May).

What's everyone's favorite insurance company in Connecticut?

The licensing course is very helpful (plus in another month I'll have access to the MLS), the suggested readings are great - under education - or the favorites that come from the podcast.

Indy isn't my favorite market right now, but it is still good, but it also has my favorite team right now.

Also my favorite book is John Maxwell's Fail Forward is a great book.

My favorite aspect at BP is the knowledge through the savory podcasts.
