I've been on the site for a few months now but I will say I have just begun to actively use it and it feels like I'm getting closer and closer everyday.

Every day we wake up, the question should be: "Would I buy the asset again if it was for sale today?"

I would love to sit side by side with someone to see the everyday life of an property manager.I have been really thinking about pursuing a property management business of my very own.

I am on this site almost every day.  

I love that they pay on time, however I hate that the old lady doesn't have a job or friends so she loves to give me a call almost every day. 

The test came back that there was a leak, but not one that would impact everyday usage.  

Have them call the appraiser every day until they get it done.  

I do have a manager/girlfriend who works with me everyday bless her heart!

This is a city where lots of the college graduates stick around because it's a good place to raise a family and it's close enough to Little Rock that many of them commute from this small town to the city to work every day.
