Most of these are a standard SFH residential loan, but for business purposes so they normally require a 20% down.Not as easy to get, but there are 10% down 2nd home loans that people, including myself, have gotten in the past.Comps are based on SFH sales, unless you are buying Multifamily of 5 or more doors.

This is one of the best post I've seen on here.I've tried marketing my LTR before the previous tenants moved out, but the problem I ran into is that since I couldn't show the unit all of the people that originally reached out lost interest and moved onto to other properties.

If you use ChatGPT you'll get steered into writing a novel about the area they're already interested in with a bunch of fluff.Think of it this way: the more words in your rental listing, the less likely people will read it.Why waste time writing about the area when they're already sold on the area (that's why they are looking there)?
