Emails, text messages, family distractions, phone calls, etc... anything that is NOT an immediate emergency and captures your attention during times you need to remain FOCUSED would be considered a distraction.I highly recommend Stephen Covey's "The 7 Habit of highly effective people".

Going through this one would never be able to invest in any property out here unless, Corona effect slashes the prices.

If one contractor is 10-20% more expensive from a bid standpoint, but can guarantee he'll finish the job a month faster, there is a chance his/her company will still end up being more cost effective on the whole, all things considered.The last thing I'll mention is reliability.

You can only borrow up to 50k from your 401k so I don't see your 401k as being an effective strategy for buying properties, but it was helpful for repairs.

I firmly believe 100 years from now there will be Rockefeller type companies that were able to effectively transform their business model in the next 24 months.

I would be unlikely to invest in an airline or cruise line right now; they're effectively lottery tickets since there's a good chance they go bankrupt, take on debt, dilute the heck out of me, etc.

As of March 31, 2020, all real estate closings in Georgia can be conducted with the parties being remote, with notarization and witnessing done remotely as well, for so long as the Public Health State of Emergency is in effect!

A google search should be just as effective though.
