Title should always be directly deeded from you to the buyer and from the seller to you. 

We then send our direct mailer to the owners actual address inquiring about buying the house in our target space.You pay per result “house”.

Some Realtors put their property on the MLS, some agents choose to only put them on Loopnet or Crexi, some only market them directly to investors in the area.
