I might contemplate a sale in the high 5 digits/low 6 digits but it’s good to get an anecdotal perspective.

As you can imagine, some grocery stores have seen double-digit sales growth during the pandemic!

If you're appealing to people who want an escape from digital distractions or a younger generation that increasingly uses streaming over cable, then probably not a big deal.

Maybe digital land would be a better analog.

@Nancy Stark if you do it as a package you could finance it. probably a 5 or 10 year arm 30 year AM balloon type product which you will have to go back and negotiate after 5 or 10 years. if you have sufficient money to put down  w2 income will not matter.

Our correspondent lenders may or may not have a retail arm of their operations.

They have a lending arm, which for me makes them a less than ideal servicer for our loans.
