You could also combine the two lots, if that is okay in your area, by the deed with two legal descriptions on one deed...

While there are two sides to any story, she seemed pretty convincing in her description, particularly given the circumstances.

Not a horrible investment... but let's just say his description of his listing (which had not previously visited) and my assessment were pretty far apart.

I feel like his description of a PML is more suited to what I think of as a Private Investor.
