ya seems to me that this all gets fixed with go to old forum button I was looking for that.. then keep this new one that the developers dreamed and like.. and see which one gets the most traffic over the course of some time then management/owners can make a decision . for now I will only post if I get mentioned or on my thread that i started since i get notices..

When I was managing my own properties, I made the decision pretty early on that I'd rather rent to a blue collar worker than a Section 8 applicant. 

Now I am faced with a decision, do I sacrifice cash flow and increase my risk exposure to take out the most tax-free refi proceeds or do I balance cash flow with refi proceeds to manage the risk?

I’ll certainly look through some comps in the area before making any decisions.

It really helps with my decision whenever I decide to move back to the states. 

The SCOTUS decision was just the first step.
