Its time to get creative and think optionsI have had great deals being the worst house on the block. 

As a landlord, my biggest expense is vacancy and communicating to tenants that your rate is going to go up every year regardless of what other units are charging is a great way to ensure they don't stay very long.  

I work in marketing so I see right through any of those guru campaigns but know a lot of people do fall for them.if having no money is the hurdle then just read up on all the creative financing stuff people post on here!

Since nothing's really missing, it's probably not worth the effort or the deductible.Make repairs and ensure the home is safe.

When you have money partners, there is no limit to what creativity you can use or how you can structure deals.

I am a buy and hold guy myself, only been at it a couple years but am rocking and rolling with 4 paid off low cost rental properties, I‘m not rich, just been hustling around and being creative by using my resources.

I'd talk to a lender and see what they could do for you, they might be able to get creative on their end as well.
