I don't have the money to pay cash for a home in order to get around that requirement, so i'm looking for ways to finance future deals without going the traditional mortgage route.

Just aiming to get close to the 950 for now, then renovate during a turnover in a couple years.

First Born Fees, The Fee Fee, etc.All of the fees are increasing the amount of money a flipper has to bring to the closing table and aren't helpful.

Hopefully you have other, better qualified applicants to go with or can deny this couple on something else (credit, income) so you don't have to deal with their nonsense.

If we can do this in-house our timeframe would be 7-10 calendar days from application to close but that's the absolute minimum.

A question I have been pondering within myself for some time and figured here would be a good place to get an answer.I currently own a home that has close to 100k in equity in it, we plan to move in 3-5 years to our long term house and would be sizing up a fair amount.So my question is should I use the equity to fund investments/projects, or should I save it and roll it all into my next house so I can have it paid off sooner/lower my monthly.
