Hi,I own a few seller financed notes and I am looking for an inexpensive software to manage the production of statements and end of year report.

I work full-time in finance for a software company and I'm also working on an MBA part-time (any Trojans out there?). 

I’ve done some research myself and I’ve come to find out that PropStream is a really good software for finding deals.

@Arta Montero are you using a tenant management software for payments and late fees? 

Any advice on property management software? 

Ultimately it is up to the automated underwriting system.

If I want to 1) provide a local phone number with a pre-recorded message with options to choose extensions2) have a workflow automation based off a submitted form contents3) have a workflow automation based off a scheduled meeting whether the workflow be an email to chosen recipient, a text blast, or anything else.
