I just got done reading the article pertinaing to capturing ALL of the costs incurred when trying to flip a home.Do any of you know if there is an excel sheet set up here that captures these costs?

Also, I recall seeing an article somewhere discussing how more than half of the U.S. debt is owned by the intergovernmental agencies (Social Security, Office of Personnel Management, The Treasury, etc).

Not saying you cant make money off mailing to a list of absentees but its exactly what EVERY new investor is taught and exactly who they mail to along with the 50 other guys and gals who read the same e-book or article.

Look at articles and forums here on BP and find some good land lording books to get a fell for that.
