I apologize for arguing, this is not something I would typically even bother to respond to, but I am in such disbelief that you think this way and I hope that everyone who has property is a little more open-minded than you, though it seems unlikely as many individuals in this thread seem to have the same ideas.

Refundable gives the tenant the incentive to keep the place clean and be responsible for the pet's behavior/damage.But yesterday, someone on BP (I apologize for forgetting his name right now), suggested a flat increase in the monthly rent, plus the usual security deposit.
