I'm more of a research/numbers kinda gal and I can appreciate how technology has re-landscaped how investing is done today.My goal is to use REI as a vehicle to allow me to travel (and relax) more. 

I took a month and a half off last year for my honeymoon and traveled the world.

Also to be considered is the fact that I reside in Oklahoma, as you know, and traveling to Texas is not feasible for me at this time.

I was fortunate enough to travel with him in areas where we boarded up 6 out of 10 homes on a street in areas of Detroit.

I would agree regarding possible lease to own / rent to own.I'm guessing any new owner will want to two things :1.) more rent than $1,500 per month 2.) purchase residence for their own usage ( retail buyer )My suggestion would be to run some comps and determine the best option for moving forward. 

your limited by travel restrictions. but there are creative ways of doing anything.

This way I can study whilst I am travelling for my 9-5 and accelerate the schedule for taking the state certification test.

So day care, hair cutting, massages, psychic palm reading etc...are not allowed, but if they are selling stuff through eBay and needs the UPS or Fedex trucks to come pick up twice a day I don't have a problem with it.However with more and more people "subing" out rooms via Airbnb I wonder if I should add a clause in there specifically addressing it.I know many people are doing it because I use Airbnb when travelling overseas, and I often read in the ads SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS saying "...do not go to the property directly so as to confuse neighbors or property management, meet me at the designated meeting location then I'll guild you to the location quietly..."

We travel quite a bit now, and we are just loving life.
