I have never and would never buy a property on seller financing unless this method is used.

Those methods  give you the best chance to fail.

Hi, just wondering if their are any new tips for using the BRRR method in Milwaukee, WI.

I have been researching a few different strategies and I have chosen to go with the BRRRR method going forward.Reason being I have a big family and I don't think house hacking is ideal for my situation.

You'll want to consult a professional money lender (hard, private, traditional, etc) about the different methods of financing this if you aren't a cash buyer.

Basic BRRRR method, but target properties with $80K to $100K+ ARVs since your cash-out refi Lender options (loan amounts of $60K-75K; 75% LTV) will increase significantly.
