So while I agree, Chase is an awesome bank in terms of customer service and features, it's one of few that American's should absolutely avoid banking with. 

Realistically the majority of americans do not.  

Many agents have a list of inspectors they work with, but the fact this agent is strongly asking should be a red flag.

To piggyback on what a couple of other posters mentioned.....you're doing a lot of "interviewing" and you may be sending up some red flags. 

Any red flags I need to look for?

It might not be the setup that I would choose given the option, but I also don't view it as an immediate red flag.

I do not know if I am just getting older (Im gen x) and more jaded or if it is a red flag, but I hate it when I am looking to hire someone or have hired and they in a convo about said work tell me that they are "helping me out."

Any push back is a red flag that you need a new PM.
