i think the part where the agent messed up is that he intentionally partnered up with the group to take advantage of those down on their mortgages.that right there is misleading and is comparable to insider trading and what not. and then by intentionally bypassing other higher offers to get a deal for the investor group he's partnered up with is messed up.
