In the upper price point, short-term rentals can be found that have a strong appreciation and cash flow. 

So I’m currently coming to the end of a live in fixer upper, preparing for potentially my next project.

Nathan,I do plan to sign off and preform screening of tenant but intention was to let current renters do the initial leg work of finding and vetting a replacement. 

In my experience both as someone who works in an office, and a RE investor, paper tends to grow legs and walk away.

I love the idea of Worcester - although it certainly is getting its legs and becoming very hot.

I'd also love to make some connections in the area with folks who can lend expertise in taking a look at relative fixer-uppers and judging needs and costs.
