They do not provide training but they support me fairly well when I need it, but I get to keep almost all of my commissions.

Once you have these basics down you can determine which training program would be best for you.

So here goes: I would love to get my real estate license, for all well known perks in the real estate investing world, but I hear that in Oregon its not as simple as getting the training and taking the test..

You must train them on what you are looking for or they will waste a lot of your time.  

I've been doing some of the investment clubs in my area and so far none of them are offering training on what I'm looking for.

VA loans is by far the best golden ticket for beginning military/veteran investors.
