Maybe folks that take 'massive action' can be more helpful.

Would it be worth the trade?

I just want to be around the action and learn as much as I can.

I basically just trade up.

It is usually a "Call to Action" and causes the tenant to call me.

Most of the investors are institutional investors, however, and they 'get' the loans in microseconds through parametric trading and agreements.

So if a trading company can prepare taxes for "profit" based on total of what they sell vs. cost (what they paid for the goods), can we apply the same for a R.E.

Within the last two weeks have attended the Lake Forest meetup, spoke with several people there, had two meeting meeting with local investors who have shared quite a bit of knowledge and direction with me, attended a meeting on due diligence, and went out and saw a flip in action.  

If you do chances are you will be the defendant in a court action, even though the tenant isn't doing what she is supposed to.
