The Progress Inspection fee is actually for max 5 inspection fees used to pay the 203k Consultant each time a draw inspection is requested and the 203k allows for max 5 draw payments to the contractor.

Out of the other 3, the 15% and 4pts and additional draw fees, inspection fees, etc. was just too much for me to pay and to risk, especially with a property that size it could have cost me even more trying to find the right buyer.
