Hello everyone,I am looking to buy a SFH with a full in-law suite in Red Bank and trying to rent it out as a duplex after I house hack it for 1 year to satisfy primary residency status for a FHA loan.

I felt they were the most full service & professional, from rent collection to maintenance repairs, to book keeping, ads, templates, communication etc… they also give you one month to cancel your membership if you are not satisfied!  

If you never 10x your goals and have a gazillion doors under management, how else will you satisfy your social media followers?

If you are satisfied with 10 properties, then I would pay the 4% smaller loans first. 

Nothig more satisfying then coming home exhausted after work... when youre 26.

Fortunately, as the trim was painted, the colors came together and I'm reasonable satisfied with the outcome.If I could do it all over again, I'd probably go a shade or two lighter. 

If someone is seeking legal advice they should seek out and pay for legal representation.They should meet the attorney, interview them, ask lots of questions, and if satisfied with the answers and fee schedule then entertain signing an engagement letter to move forward and create a client relationship.Only then have I seen attorneys give legal opinions.
