Younger voters in MA are more likely than ever to support government measures promising to reduce inequality and promote equity, diversity, justice, etc.

It irks me to read the post on hear by seasoned or otherwise financially well healed investors that criticize wholesalers for not having too much money to invest and ridicule first time investors for their questions or difficulties.

Many times people will come on here to promote their properties; expensive course; or their expensive mentoring to newbies and will make ridiculous cash flow claims based on only claiming a couple of expenses (like taxes and insurance).
