Numbers look alright, although I would have gone with a 30 yr note, simply for the fact that if you do run in to issues ~ you aren't stuck with a hefty mrotgage payment :) You can ALWAYS add money towards principle, but if you fall upon hard times, you can never take away money from the mortgage payment :)All in all, it looks good, and your renters will love it!
