It is worthy to note Warren bought his first stock at a time when America was about to enguage in war and ever since all his investments sustained worth or value in spite of difficult times.

It can be a bit tougher to find deals there than in Jackson simply because it is a smaller community so stock is lower to begin with and obviously it's a generally attractive community to live in.  

What also played into my recommendation, is the frothy stock  market.  

Numbers look alright, although I would have gone with a 30 yr note, simply for the fact that if you do run in to issues ~ you aren't stuck with a hefty mrotgage payment :)  You can ALWAYS add money towards principle, but if you fall upon hard times, you can never take away money from the mortgage payment :)All in all, it looks good, and your renters will love it!
