Greetings all, I have come across a package of waterfront condos in Florida that I am somewhat interested in.

However, the new modern fans as part of the "complete package" of a newly renovated and remodeled property would add value in my humble opinion. 

Will need to make a table of competitor rates and inventory of sizes within 2 miles for your financial package.  

The nicer properties are just a little too expensive to get returns that can be had with properties in need of TLC.Ideally I could find a package of properties being sold off and snap those up all at once, but these are tough to find!

I need some help putting together a package for American investors.
