Hi, There are just a few things that I noticed.

In addition, we also noticed a wall is "bulging" with signs of the foundation behind it pushing on the drywall/cement. 

You report everything to the board and the board sends anonymous notices.   

Back when I did inspections, buyers usually didn't notice fogged windows, or maybe some people think that the fogged windows can just be cleaned or something....?

I have single family property in Riverside county that is exempt for AB1482 but I did not send tenant notice of exemption from AB1482.
