Living in a trailer in a mobile home? 

I’ve heard many great things about mobile home/RV parks.

It's mobile friendly so I can use it just from my phone.

I imagine an analogy would be asking an engineer if they have memorized the mechanics of every machine created over the past 100 years. 

I was looking for any input from other owners about what all-in-one system they use for an investor of my size (25-50 units).I'm looking for something that has a Mobile App where i can input repair orders or notes easily, track upgrades repairs and updates for each unitEasily input rent payments and also process ETF payments (I still have some elderly that prefer cash or paper check)general accounting of expenses and incomegenerate or export data and reports since i love data and numbersgeneral ease of use tenant portal for those that want access to digital copies of their leases, view payments, or send repair requestsI'm sure most of the management software out there has most of those things, but i'd like to get some user opinion.

Small mom and pop commercial tends to go for higher cap rates than what you are looking at.I have clients that buy centers at 6.6 cap rates in the U.S. but are newly built such as Aspen Dental, T-mobile, and Starbucks with 10 year leases and rental increases of 10% every 5 years with options thereafter.

It's a mobile app that works great for people with a handful of rentals.

Electrical, plumbing, and mechanicals are all brand new.

@Stelio Kontos They also made a modification to the mobile home I was going to rent witch I did not ask for they removed 1 room to make it more spacious and made it seem like we asked them to do that.
