I caught a 'special' where they rebate you the cost of using their human 'design service' that comes to property and draws out an IKEA plan with measurements.  

For example, add on impact of the rent-control measure they release this year which is a pre-approved blank check so it's anyone's guess how bad it could be but all signs are it won't be nice.

There is always another way, and there is always a better way.For a point of reference, I run a property in which all circuits are monitored with current transformers (devices that measure the amount of electricity used). 

Critics argue it is a short-term measure - patients just end up sicker and often need the treatment in the end - but that, unfortunately, is how some trusts seem to be managing budgetary constraints.

Also I think you mentioned that you wanted to come in under what the wholesaler measured.

Since I'm not based in Pittsburgh, I'd need you to send me the dimensions.... but if there's someone locally who you can hire to measure your units and provide a 2D floor plan, that would make things a lot easier!

If house is not staged and there is a concern something may not fit you will have to rely on getting potential buyer back in to take measurements or do whatever is necessary for them to be happy with spaces.

It is self inflicted by any number of measures; the government we allow in, the skills were willing to earn, the work we are willing to do, etc etc..
