I have been finding stuff on Facebook marketplace for a while but I want someone who is a professional and a technician to fix them if anything goes wrong.

FSBO ads are much easier to come by here, whether on FB Marketplace or even sites like Zillow.

@James Powell Not sure if you would consider this or not, but facebook marketplace has tons of great deals on appliances a lot of the time.

I’d sell their junk on Facebook marketplace and anything left I’d burn it

Great deals are becoming more and more scarce on the MLS, at least.I have a strict rental application process, to weed out the bad apples and so far I have not had any evictions or late rents (crossing my fingers).Looking through the MLS there is still deals that offer great returns in the Berwyn marketplace for Buy and Hold investors; However there are grey areas/blocks I would stay from.
