Right now my biggest fear is that I'm expanding my business too quickly- I'm going from literally what I did all of 2014 as far as flipping for the year to doing that in the next month and its scary to acquire a ton of properties at once there is the fear of failure lots of What IF's  but I think even bigger than that fear is that I will die poor so I will do whatever it takes to be as far away from the poverty line as possible.

I definitely don't have a property that would compete with one of those two big guys, my building is literally just a rectangular building with 21 garage doors on either side.

So we have told the partner we want to buy them out as we do not feel it is fair to share 1/2 with them when they literally do nothing for it.The problem is that the buy-out is going to happen January first and I cannot come up with all of the money in that short of time.

The advantage is that you're also paying off 8-10 of your own assets and in 10-15 years you can literally own a few of them out right.

Recently, we had some random, extreme electrical problem that were causing bulbs to burn out, outlets to burn out, killed the fridge, and their ceiling fan literally started sparking.

All he wanted to do in every conversation we had was sell me a condo in one of the "new developments" that...ooohhh such a deal....he could get me below offering prices on because of his contacts.No part of "I've just experienced a tragedy", "I literally don't even know what I own at the moment", and "I doubt I will live in Miami longer than a few months" would derail that "buy a condo" train.
