Networking on second shift can create challenges to attend large meet up but could provide an opportunity for more individualized interactions.

My advise would be to continue browsing the forums, interact with the community asking questions and just learning as much as you can.

Just remember there are no stupid questions.As for answering and being more interactive, we all suffer from a time crunch.

The more interaction the better, but a lot of people join and end up not ever getting started in the real estate industry.

Basically, if you let them know that you will do additional marketing and bring them the leads, you can accompany them on seller visits and watch how they interact with a seller.If they are doing rehabs, offer to go by the project or accompany them.  

I have been having problems with the one that I am currently interacting with and when I complained the President/CEO sent an e-mail blaming me for the problem. 

I suggest you continue to interact in the forums, listen to the podcast, and read a few of the recommended books so you can understand what niche is of interest to you.
