@Mark Beekman To get the edges, you have to mask off the floor and cabinets, and let the polymer overflow and drop off to the floor.

Hello BP, I have a 2 story corner lot home it is a 3bed 1bath, full basement and hardwood floors, central air, fenced yard and 1 car garage.

Hey guys , just closed on a property and need some advice.The house is all tiled but was built in the 40's and the floor is real "bouncy" in different parts with some tile cracking also.  

There are also newer (10 yrs old or newer) REO  land/home packages in need of minor rehab (floors, walls) that can be had for ~30k or less.

I have yet to find any flooring or carpet specific person that can beat the price I get from Lowes. 

All new electric, plumbing, subfloors, floors, wall covering, roof...everything!

Please give me a few days to pick up final items. " On Thursday she said key was left underfloor mat and oh by the way my sister in law spilled bait shrimp on floor several days ago and no one cleaned up!!!!

Building has commercial units on the ground floor and residential units above.

Nice wood floors and woodwork throughout. 

If they are upgraded with recent floor coverings, kitchen upgrades, new windows etc.
