I would suggest going to the "Network" section of the Navigation bar and "Search" for people in Denver.

@Gima Esherick look for one that has an inflatable mattress to avoid the bar in your back.

At the same time your website will get into the green zone of Google.

I have an opportunity to invest in a Restaurant/Bar/INN.

I have not had a tenant issue (sample size of two properties and I just purchased one so take it for what it's worth).More important than my opinion, my property manager on the ground is very conservative and green lights this neighborhood all day which is a good sign.

I rent to about 130-140 students and I've found it pretty hard to figure out what college kids care about other than:1) Location to something fun (bars or football stadiums)2) Huge bedrooms and/or living room3) A combination of the first twoIt's my experience that their housing choice is almost always an emotional decision (i.e. they can picture themselves having a lot of fun at the place they're going to live).

Thanks @Eamonn McElroy - when you say "...raises the bar for the material participation requirement..." can you clarify what it raises it to?
