When you go on most sites, including BP, and look up contractors, it's like 12+ fields on contracting. 

If you were to ever have a major breakdown and need to drill a new well or a new leech field the costs could be crazy, but that is extremely rare.I have had houses with wells and septic systems and they last for decades and longer.

Usually you’ll need at least two years of consistently good income in the same field, or a consistent track record of good income from something like dividends from stocks.

Our winter gigs have been with the same companies for the last several years, but our summer work has been with different employers, albeit in the same field.

I just don’t know what to do next in terms of how to get in the field early.

Commercial loans are always a possibility, but they usually look at experience in whatever field they are lending for.

He always holds seminars about the tax sale in Texas and he have a program to help new people in the field take the first steps ( I am a priority member since 2018 and it´s been very helpful for me since I dont live in Texas).
