As a middle schooler, I would run scenarios such as, what if had one dollar and it doubled every day for a month?

Spend some time everyday to communicate with them and it will pay off.Always remember to do a math analysis on your projects and try to look at them before you make an offer or at least have a clause in the sales contract that will allow you some time (about 15 days) to make a detailed inspection and possibly back out of the deal without a penalty that is greater than your earnest money deposit.  

Are you taking action and moving your business forward everyday?

In my experience, showing up on the job everyday or at least every other day, makes a huge difference.

Every day I still learn something, but I am grateful for Biggerpockets & Facebook because I can network with others easily on it.  

For example, your electrician might work 10 out of 90 days on a large rehab, but if you were going to implement a Scrum model, the electrician would be required to show up EVERY DAY at the daily Scrum meetings (good luck with that!).

I think that every investor out there should look at every day positively, even though things may not be going as fast or as well as they want them to be.

Im researching all day everyday!

I hear from all of the more seasoned investors that we should be analyzing and making offers everyday because if we don't make offers we wont get the deal.
