How do you Landlords set up a new tenant with the electricity bill?

Have you verified that it doesn't need any structural, mechanical, electrical, roofing, etc. type of work? 

We only outsourced the roof, (which was a simple torch down), some general electrical work to get things safe and passable and the installation of the HVAC system.

@Stephen Talaber  $5400.That includes cabinets, counters, tile, sink, faucet, light, stove, hood & dishwasher and labor for the tear-out, electric rewiring & plumbing.

i don't intend to change anything with walls plumbing electric etc

Order: Gut the entire property (if needed), plumbing/electrical, walls, paint, fixtures, flooring, final clean/touch up, rent or sell...

the buyer is allowing me to live in the house for 60 more days until i find an apartment.. up until now for the past 4 years the bank has paid for all of my utilities im wondering they will they shut off my electricity now that the house has been sold?

It's an old building but solid most plumbing and electrical are updated.2.

New larger electrical box, new meter box etc. 

I’m going to have the foundation, doors, windows, roofing, exterior sheathing, rough in plumbing and electric, done by a contractor.
