It may help your cause if you have an idea of what they might want, like;2 years of tax formsDefinitely, personal balance sheet, or called an individual financial statement, where you fill out what your assets and debts are, loan balances on properties, market value of properties, car loans or free & clear, bank balances, life insurance, etcProfit & loss statements, perhaps a portfolio of your properties (before/after)Last 2 pay stubs, if you have a jobJust a conversation about what you've done, what you want to do, etc.

Jon don't think 100 dollars worth of letters will do much.you have raw newbies who know no better going into debt thousands to send these letters and never make a deal.. same people rip gurus for over charging or mentors for charging.

Though it diminishes in importance as you grow your business, not having the third makes it very difficult for newbies to start out.How much money you put down affects your debt payments and therefore your cash flow.

And, yes, I don't want to accuse anyone of wrongdoing before I find out more, but I have a feeling something shady might be going on with the fees and this committee of one...When I was restoring homes in my hometown of Minneapolis the city was cool with drawings on napkins and the permit fees were reasonable.

When you can afford to not have a paycheck for 3-12 months and it not bring your entire house of cards downI've been full-time for 2yrs but I live in a duplex, have no debt except student loans, and spent years honing my craft at living below the poverty so can easily survive leaner times if they occur.
