I agree with Chris wholeheartedly, besides, when you buy a product, mark the price up without changing the product you basically have the business plan of every major supermarket in the country.

It's kinda hard for one to cover all 50 states and a few other countries for residential.

And many of the deals that come to you through marketing (at least half of my deals have title issues) will have heirs spread out all over the country.

At one time the worst place in the country for foreclosures (i.e., the most.)

However in Peru your reputation is who you are, so you have to really know what you're doing or have a flip partner who can manage the deals and who you have to trust.Find out where money from your country is being invested and that's your starting point for either product - or you can work both.

I was assuming you'd be in vacation on the beach in some foreign country with all the wacky weather going on here.

I am sure you make a lot of good contacts that you can work with and get all your questions answered from all across the country.
