Also have them chip the brush because thats the hardest to get rid of and haul.Best to have the end taker on board before the first saw starts so you dont get stuck with it.

That also seems to be a hit for little money.I'd like to redo the floor in the last unit with laminate and have been lucky so far with the other two having laminate floors and nobody mopping them and causing the boards to warp and swell.

I use concrete board inside the wood frames of metal chimney rehabs and masonry caulk sealing off the inside from any wood, just in case.

These matters could always be put to a vote or an elected Board of Directors would probably be the simplest resolution.The management is in place and can be utilized or replaced as necessary.Please keep the dialogue coming as all the opinions are useful for my model.

Probably want to power wash the deck first and then paint and seal.Sometimes you can just flip the boards over and they look like new underneath and re-install.
