I believe that this would have been a more "constructive" way of getting your point across, as is the mission of BiggerPockets.Also, I'd avoid redundant phrases such as "Your tenant is not the problem" or permutations thereof, as they imply malice and condescension.Lastly, I don't recall "complaining" about anything.
