I bought a land at a County tax deed auction.

Im looking for some advice. should I consider a preforeclosure or try to purchase through a auction.

I am interested in a property that will be auctioned in a week on one of the realforeclosure.com counties.

This is really is a stupid move on the listing agency's part though, as if they accept a low offer, and the buyer is not willing to come significantly higher, then they have just gotten that seller 90-120 days closer to an auction.

Thats interesting, I wander if involving or $persuading the previous owner of a property purchased at at tax lien auction will give me clear title?

Probably just an assignment of mortgage - that can happen anytime up to the foreclosure auction.
