Interesting article of the domestic migration trends in 2018 with charts.As mortgage rates climb, affordability in the most expensive markets has suffered, driving more people to affordable, low-tax inland job centers in states like Florida, Texas and Tennessee.In the third quarter of 2018 people continued to move away from high-cost coastal markets like San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., in increasing numbers.

I came up with the questions after reading a few articles on tenant screenings and thought this may help.

I have not studied to much about real estate, I have read the Ultimate Beginners Guide by Bigger Pockets, side course with 6 lessons and about 10+ articles from bigger pockets so I have the general understand of everything.

There was an immediate response by the business who owned one of the buildings pictured in the news article and it sparked others to clean up as well. 

Folks need to see their attorney and conform to local practice, just because you file Articles of Incorporation doesn't mean you LLC will be working as you might think. :)
